• A rare supplier with its own tea fields

As owners of tea fields in Minamiyamashiro, Kyoto, we manage quality from the raw leaf, delivering one consistent story and standard from field to cup.

  • Stable supply through our grower network

Even amid global matcha shortages, our strong network of growers across Japan keeps high-quality leaf in steady supply.

  • Grades for every use

From drinking and baking to wellness and retail, we offer multiple grades to suit your needs.

Partnering with Japan's renowned tea regions

From Uji to Miyazaki, we work directly with growers to bring out the aroma, umami and character of each region.

  • Steaming

Freshly picked leaves are steamed at once. The gentle, even heat of traditional Kyoto steamers draws out their sweetness and umami.

  • Brick kiln drying

The steamed leaves are dried without rolling. The soft heat of Kyoto's brick kilns removes moisture slowly while keeping the leaf's natural aroma.

  • Stone milling

Selected tencha is carefully stone-milled into a silky, melt-in-the-mouth powder with a vivid green color.
